• One-half tablespoonful fine sugar
  • Two dashes Boker’s bitters
  • One piece lemon peel
  • Cider to fill glass

Put one lump of ice in thin cider-glass. Add one-half tablespoonful fine sugar, two dashes Boker’s bitters, one piece lemon peel. Fill up with cold cider. Stir well, and drink while effervescent.
