  • One fresh egg
  • A little sugar
  • Mix this
  • One-third sherry
  • One-third port
  • One-third brandy
  • Fill up with cracked ice
  • Pour in good milk to fill glass
  • Shake well
  • Strain
  • Serve
  • Nutmeg or lemon oil on top
