• Yolk of an egg
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• Add a little nutmeg and beat to a cream
• 50% brandy
• 25% Madeira wine
• 3 lumps cracked ice
• 25% Jamaica rum
• Fill glass with milk
• Shake well
• Strain into large glass
• Serve
