- Long glass
- One fresh egg
- A little sugar
- Mix this
- One-third sherry
- One-third port
- One-third brandy
- Fill up with cracked ice
- Pour in good milk to fill glass
- Shake well
- Strain
- Serve
- Nutmeg or lemon oil on top
