- Use a small bar glass
- 1 wine glass of St. Croix or Jamaica Rum
- 1 teaspoonful of black molasses
- If called for in summer, mix in a little water and fine ice
- If in the winter, fill the glass with hot water, grate a little nutmeg on top, and serve
